Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) sets out what you may and may not do when using ProRacer.ai (the Platform). It applies to every user and every team account, and forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Spirit of the policy
ProRacer is built for motorsport drivers, engineers, and teams. We expect users to act professionally, lawfully, and in a way that respects the safety of other competitors and the integrity of the sport.
2. Lawful use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:
— Breach any applicable law, regulation, or sanction
— Infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights
— Use the Platform to support fraud, money laundering, or terrorism financing
— Use the Platform in a way that breaches the rules of any championship, series, or sanctioning body to which you are subject
3. Prohibited content
You must not upload to the Platform, or use the Platform to generate or share:
— Content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or hateful
— Sexual content, content depicting minors, or content that exploits any person
— Malware, viruses, or any code intended to disrupt or damage systems
— Confidential, proprietary, or commercially sensitive data of third parties without authorisation
— Personal information about other people without a lawful basis
— Telemetry, footage, or data that you do not have the right to upload
4. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
— Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other accounts, or our infrastructure
— Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform without our prior written consent
— Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or degrade the Platform or its underlying services
— Circumvent rate limits, access controls, billing, or tenant isolation
— Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying AI models or training data
— Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to access the Platform in a way that is not permitted by the documented API or normal browser use
— Resell, sublicense, or provide the Platform as a service to third parties without our prior written agreement
— Share, transfer, or sell account credentials, or allow unauthorised access to your account
5. AI misuse
You must not use AI features on the Platform to:
— Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or deceptive
— Impersonate any person or organisation
— Produce safety, medical, legal, or engineering certifications that the Platform is not intended to provide
— Train, fine-tune, or benchmark competing AI models using outputs from the Platform without our prior written consent
6. Motorsport safety
You must not rely on AI outputs from the Platform as a substitute for qualified engineers, coaches, scrutineers, or medical personnel. If an AI output conflicts with qualified human judgement or with the rules of your series, the qualified human judgement and the rules prevail.
7. Team accounts
The owner of a team account is responsible for the actions of all users invited to that team. Team owners must remove users who are no longer authorised to access the team's data and must ensure all members understand and comply with this AUP.
8. Reporting abuse
If you become aware of any use of the Platform that breaches this AUP, please report it to [email protected]. We investigate reports in good faith.
9. Enforcement
We may take any action we consider appropriate in response to a breach of this AUP, including:
— Warning the user or team
— Removing or quarantining offending content
— Suspending AI features, uploads, or other Platform functionality
— Suspending or terminating the user or team account
— Reporting unlawful activity to the relevant authorities
We do not have a general obligation to monitor content on the Platform, but we may do so where we reasonably believe a breach of this AUP has occurred.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
