Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 May 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ProRacer.ai (the Platform) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our AI-powered motorsport intelligence services. ProRacer is operated by a sovereign Australian artificial intelligence company.
1. Who we are
ProRacer (also referred to as "we", "us", and "our") is an Australian SaaS business providing AI-powered motorsport telemetry analysis, driver coaching, file uploads, team accounts, subscriptions, and AI-generated performance insights to drivers, engineers, and teams.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
Account information: name, email address, phone number (where provided), team or organisation name, role, and authentication metadata such as multi-factor authentication settings.
Uploaded data: motorsport telemetry, lap and sector data, setup sheets, race documents, video references, notes, and any other files you upload to the Platform.
Usage data: how you interact with the Platform, including pages visited, features used, AI queries made, and device and browser metadata.
Chat and analysis history: conversations with the ProRacer AI assistant and the AI-generated insights, coaching observations, and recommendations produced from your data.
Billing information: subscription plan, billing email, and tax details. Payment card data is handled directly by Stripe and is never stored on ProRacer servers.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
— Provide, operate, and maintain the Platform and its features
— Build and maintain driver intelligence profiles for personalised insights within your team
— Generate AI-powered performance analysis, coaching, and recommendations
— Process subscriptions, payments, refunds, and billing communications
— Send service-related notifications (e.g. insights ready, session processed, account alerts)
— Improve our AI models, product features, and Platform reliability
— Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests
4. Uploaded telemetry, documents, and race data
You retain ownership of all files and data you upload to the Platform, including telemetry, setup sheets, run sheets, debrief notes, and race documents. By uploading data, you grant ProRacer a limited licence to store, process, and analyse that data for the sole purpose of providing the Platform to you and your team.
Uploaded data is logically isolated to your tenant (your team or organisation). Other ProRacer customers cannot access your data.
5. AI-generated analysis
The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate insights, summaries, and coaching observations from your uploaded data. AI outputs are produced probabilistically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. See our AI Disclaimer for full details on the limitations of AI-generated content on the Platform.
6. Driver intelligence profiles
ProRacer builds persistent intelligence profiles for each driver based on uploaded session data and AI interactions. These profiles are used exclusively to provide personalised insights and coaching for your team. Driver profiles are strictly tenant-isolated. You may request deletion of all driver profile data at any time by contacting [email protected].
7. Data sharing and processors
We do not sell your personal information or uploaded data. We share information only with trusted service providers that help us operate the Platform, including:
— Stripe (subscription and payment processing)
— Cloud hosting and storage providers (data and file hosting)
— Email and notification providers (transactional and service communications)
— AI model providers (to power AI-generated analysis, subject to data-handling controls)
— Analytics and error-monitoring providers (to maintain Platform reliability)
We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ProRacer, our users, or others.
8. Data security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption of data in transit and at rest, multi-factor authentication, role-based access control, tenant isolation, and regular security review. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Data retention
We retain your account information and uploaded data for as long as your account is active. On account deletion, personal data and driver intelligence profiles are permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons. Anonymised, aggregated data may be retained for Platform improvement purposes.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including the Australian Privacy Principles), you have the right to:
— Access the personal information we hold about you
— Request correction of inaccurate personal information
— Request export of your data in a portable format
— Request deletion of your personal information and driver intelligence profiles

— Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC)
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable period.
11. International data transfers
The Platform may store and process information in countries outside Australia. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure that it remains protected to a standard consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
12. Children
The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact [email protected].
