Cookie Policy
Last updated: 17 May 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how ProRacer.ai (the Platform) uses cookies and similar technologies, what they store, and how you can control them.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to make them work more efficiently, and to provide information to the website operator. Similar technologies (such as local storage and session storage) work in comparable ways and are also covered by this policy.
2. How ProRacer uses cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
Strictly necessary: to authenticate you, keep you signed in, remember your team and tenant context, and protect against fraud and abuse. These cookies are required for the Platform to function and cannot be turned off.
Preferences: to remember settings such as your team skin, layout choices, and other personalisation options.
Analytics: to understand how users interact with the Platform so we can improve its features and reliability. Analytics data is used in aggregate and is not used to build advertising profiles.
Error monitoring: to detect and diagnose errors in the Platform so we can fix them.
3. No advertising cookies
ProRacer does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We do not sell your information to advertisers and we do not allow third parties to use cookies on the Platform for advertising purposes.
4. Third-party services
Some cookies and similar technologies on the Platform are set by trusted third-party services that help us operate ProRacer, including:
— Authentication and session management providers
— Cloud hosting and content delivery providers
— Stripe (for subscription billing and fraud prevention)
— Analytics and error-monitoring providers
These providers handle the data they collect under their own privacy and cookie policies.
5. Controlling cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the Platform (such as sign-in) may not work. Most browsers also offer a way to clear local storage and session storage.
Where required by law, we will request your consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
6. Do Not Track
Browsers may send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is currently no industry-wide standard for how this signal should be interpreted. The Platform does not respond to Do Not Track signals at this time, but we limit our use of tracking technologies as described in this policy.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. We will publish the updated version on the Platform with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
