Kodora ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI-powered motorsport intelligence platform.

Account information: Name, email address, team/organisation name, and role when you create an account.

Session data: Motorsport telemetry, lap times, sector data, and other performance data you upload to the platform.

Usage data: How you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, and AI queries made.

Chat history: Conversations with the Kodora AI assistant, which are stored to provide personalised intelligence over time.

Payment information: Billing details are processed securely through Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

3. How we use your information

We use collected information to:

— Provide and maintain the Kodora platform and its features

— Build and maintain driver intelligence profiles for personalised insights

— Generate AI-powered performance analysis, coaching, and recommendations

— Process payments and manage subscriptions

— Send service-related notifications (insights ready, session processed)

— Improve our AI models and platform functionality

4. Driver intelligence profiles

Kodora builds persistent intelligence profiles for each driver based on uploaded session data and AI interactions. These profiles are used exclusively to provide personalised insights and coaching for your team. Driver profiles are strictly tenant-isolated — no team can access another team's driver data. You can request deletion of all driver profile data at any time.

5. Data security

We implement industry-standard security measures including 256-bit encryption for data in transit and at rest, mandatory multi-factor authentication (MFA), role-based access control (RBAC), complete multi-tenant data isolation, and regular security audits. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information or session data. We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (such as Stripe for payments and cloud hosting providers), and only as required by law.

7. Data retention

We retain your account information and session data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data and driver intelligence profiles are permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymised, aggregated data may be retained for platform improvement purposes.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time through your account settings. For data export or deletion requests, use the Settings page in the platform or contact us at privacy@kodora.ai.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics cookies are used only for platform improvement and can be disabled in your settings.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
